The item I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
We always plan to add sold out items back to the website, but unfortunately cannot provide projected dates and assure that will be restocked. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name and size you would like to purchase and we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I purchase different sizes for the bikini top and bottom?
I received the wrong product and/or size. What do I do?

Do you ship to the US?
Yes! And we offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD (pre-tax purchase value).
Do you ship to countries other than the US and Canada?
Anything is possible! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it happen.
Duties & Taxes
The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so, for instance, if you place an order to be shipped to British Columbia, and your billing address is in Quebec, British Columbia sales taxes will be charged on your invoice.
Countries other than Canada
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from VOLP, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and all the information required to track your package. Did get the email? First, check your email spam and if it’s not there, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll send it to you right away.
I placed an order but would like to cancel it. How can I do that?
If you would like to cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancelled order, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If your order has already been packaged or sent out for delivery you will need to follow our return process once you have received the item(s).
Do you accept returns and which items are eligible?
We accept returns of full priced merchandise that adhere to our returns & exchanges policy up to 14 days after you receive your product. All sale merchandise is final and not eligible for return.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item you purchased and then placing a new order.
Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?
Yes. You are required to pay the return shipping fees. In the event you are returning a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps in our refunds & exchanges policy.
How soon will I receive my refund for a returned product?
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement.
