We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise (except panties) with all tags and the protective hygienic liner attached, as well as a copy of your proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund of the original amount paid.  Due to hygienic reasons, all panties are final sale. A notice must be given to sos@shopvolp.com to obtain a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your product. Returns are at the cost of the buyer and all shipping costs must be pre-paid.


We do not accept returns on the following items: (1) panties, (2) items discounted by more than 50% (including discount codes) and items on clearance.

Any customs charges (duty, taxes or brokerage fees) billed upon returns from the USA are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be deducted from refund owing. Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement.

Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

At this time VOLP does not accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return your item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact sos@shopvolp.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
